An eco-collaborative approach embodies
the idea of joining all facets of society in a concerted effort to educate, inspire and act in the interest of environmentally
friendly practices. In that vein, Clean and Green: White Plains launched a large-scale
public awareness and education event in the central downtown area of Mamaroneck
Avenue, White Plains on May 30, 2009. The event was a huge success, bringing together residents, businesses, academics, government
officials, entertainers, and youth in the interest of making our community clean and green. We hope you were there to enjoy it!
